What Activities Do Youth Volunteers Do?
Youth Volunteers can participate in and influence the functioning of the summer reading program at James River Valley Library System. Activities include decorating the children’s library, designing book displays, straightening bookshelves, assisting during craft programs, and helping other young patrons find reasons to love our library.
Youth volunteers are supervised by library staff.
