Your JRVLS library card gives you access to many digital resources for all ages. You will need your library card number and PIN you have setup with the library to access these resources. Library of Things
The library offers a wide selection of "Things" you may be needing to use, but don't want to have to buy, such as cake pans, sewing machines, games, puzzles, tools, and more!

Seed Library
The Jamestown Seed Library seeks to benefit the community by providing free seeds to the public. Our goal is to get more people excited about their own food! The seeds are housed in the old card catalog located at the Stutsman County branch of the James River Valley Library. Seeds are available whenever the library is open and as long as our stock lasts.
You don’t even have to have a library card to “check out” seeds, so stop by and pick some up today!
Park Passes
Did you know James River Valley Library offers North Dakota State Park Passes to check out? We sure do! You may borrow a state park pass using your JRVLS library card. You may borrow the pass for one week and you may renew it one time, as long as no one else is waiting to borrow it.

State Park passes are provided by the North Dakota State Library and the North Dakota Parks and Recreation Department. Each pass provides daily vehicle access to any ND State Park. Additional charges, such as camping are the responsibility of the pass holder. Guidelines for use are listed on each park pass.
