Dr. Zilber was born in a Displaced Person’s camp in Landsberg, Germany, as the first child after surviving the horrors of the Holocaust. She was deeply impacted by her parents’ experiences throughout her childhood. Encouraging her mother to record her story, researching all these memories with historical sources, recounting her own journey ‘in her footsteps’ and describing the impact on her, the ‘Second Generation’, all are presented in her book. The presentation focuses on the family story of suffering and survival.

Attendees will be entered into our drawing to win one of several signed copies of Dr. Zilber‘s book!
